About Me

I’m Abby, my pronouns are they/them. I have spent the last 3 years elbow deep in the study of psychology, alchemy, hermetics, and various flavors of ancient wisdom that continue to assist me on my journey to mastery of self. With a rich background in theater and film as well as having worked nearly ten years at Apple, I have a particular lens of performance, story telling, and understanding the human connection. In all of these environments I worked “backstage” for lack of a better term, and with that, comes a delicious spot in the observer seat. I will spend the rest of my life learning and understanding. However, being in the observer seat for 10 years at the Apple Store, many film sets, and costume designing for theater, has provided me much learning and understanding of the following quote from 

As You Like it: 

“All the world’s a stage,

And all the men and women merely players;

They have their exits and their entrances;

And one man in his time plays many parts,”

I share my experiences to give you a background of the lenses I see through, so you have an idea of the frame work I can use to guide and heal. My purpose with you is to help you see your "roles" and instead--identify with & see from your soul. To quote Ram Das, "we are all just walking each other home”, I am just one of many way showers on that path.
